INNOVEHEALTH MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT

1. PARTIES

This Membership Contract ("Contract") is entered into between AlphaTitans Ventures Inc. and/or InnoveHealth ("Company"), and the undersigned member ("Member").

2. MEMBERSHIP TERMS

By registering as a member of InnoveHealth, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract, as well as the Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy Policy of InnoveHealth.

Membership is subject to approval by the Company. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any membership application at its sole discretion.

3. MEMBER OBLIGATIONS

As a Member, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (Mobile Number and MPIN)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Use the service in a lawful and ethical manner
• Not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Respect the intellectual property rights of the Company

4. COMPANY RIGHTS

The Company reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate membership at any time for violation of this Contract
• Update terms and conditions with notice to members
• Refuse service to anyone at any time
• Investigate and take legal action against any fraudulent or illegal activities

5. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

The Company offers health and wellness products through its platform. All products are subject to availability and pricing as displayed on the website.

6. PAYMENT TERMS

All payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of purchase. The Company accepts various payment methods as displayed on the website.

In case of conflict or inconsistencies between the online report and the monthly credit received by you through your chosen mode of payment, the latter shall prevail. If your online payment has not been successfully executed, resulting in a dispute, you hereby authorize AlphaTitans Ventures Inc. and/or InnoveHealth to charge back to your account the unpaid bill.

7. REFERRAL PROGRAM

Members may participate in the referral program as outlined in the Terms and Conditions. All referrals must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

8. DATA PRIVACY

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By becoming a member, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

10. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Contract at any time. The Company may terminate or suspend your membership immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that the Company believes violates this Contract or is harmful to other members, the Company, or third parties.

11. MODIFICATIONS

The Company may modify this Contract at any time. Such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Contract.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from this Contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

13. ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By checking the "I Agree to the Innovehealth Membership Contract" checkbox during registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this Membership Contract.
